All of these new documents, containing many revisions added data centers (John Marshall and Devlin), widened roads (too many to list), dense housing in Villages and Hamlets throughout the western end of the county, and more were added to the 2040 Comp Plan web portal on Aug. 25, 2022 (Land Use, Housing, Mobility, Sewer and Electrical); Sept. 8, 2022 Mobility Chapter Sept. 8 Roadway Plan; and the Sept. 13, 2022 Draft Long Range Land Use Map was placed on the county’s web portal without public notification.
