“…Candland signed a contract in 2021 to sell his home and five acres off Pageland Lane to a data center developer involved in the PW Digital Gateway.”

“On Tuesday, Lawson shared copies of two of Candland’s emails with Jeff Mulhausen, a local data center developer. In one email, Mulhausen introduces Candland to another data center developer, and Candland offers his services.”

““Since leaving the board of county supervisors in December, I’ve been working with companies to help navigate their projects through the sometimes complicated and unique landscape found in Prince William County,” Candland wrote in a May 7 email. “As you probably know, our county is unusual compared to other (Northern Virginia) localities as our approval process is very relationship oriented.
