Dominion Full Page Ad – 8/2/17

Dominion Energy placed the following full page ad in local newspapers, including the Washington Post, on 8/2/17

It says:

Because of new economic development in Prince William County, Dominion Energy needs to build a new power line to serve both homes and new businesses.  We identified five options and preferred the “Railroad Route” because it was the least impactful.  It would run with existing rights-of-way for railroad tracks with no residences within 200 feet of the centerline, and only require removal of a few trees.

But Corey Stewart blocked it.  Then he attacked a second proposed route.  Now his politics have led to the Carver Road route, which was preferred by no one but chosen by the State Corporation Commission because Corey Stewart continued to block other options.  The residents of Carver Road should look no further than Corey Stewart for the reasons why their community was selected.
