The scope of each proposal in each overview deck (below) is reviewed with maps and an outline of what neighboring VA county(s) or neighboring state(s) are impacted. Each deck first explains PJM, RTEP, Window 3, and the selection process and timeline.
To help make all of the PJM proposals a bit more understandable, I have broken them up into “batches,” with separate decks for each batch, containing a concise breakdown of impacts for each proposal. Links to each overview doc are below. Maps are included for each proposal in each overview doc.

PWC: If a transmission line or substation (NEW or Upgrade) in a proposal comes into or through Prince William County, VA – that proposal falls into the PWC batch. The PWC batch of proposals ALSO affects MANY other counties and states (MD, PA, WVA, DEL, NJ) outside of PWC.

Loudoun: If a line or substation (NEW or Upgrade) comes into or through Loudoun Co, VA (NONE of these come into or through PWC) – that proposal falls into the Loudoun batch. MOST of these ALSO go through counties and states which neighbor Loudoun County (except PWC – which are all in the first batch). Note: Loudoun and other counties and states ARE impacted by proposals in the PWC batch.
