The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation sent a letter on May 17, 2017 to the Army Corps of Engineers regarding the Amazon-Dominion Power data center/substation site. They raise serious concerns that VaData (Amazon) building activity to date may not be in compliance with provisions of the National Historic Preservation act.
