Estimates go as far to suggest 400,ooo homes could be served from this new substation. Dominion could simply bury a far shorter line at some expense to them, but they choose to suggest a longer line simply for short term cheapness. These lines are FOREVER, should we not expect a fair deal from those who will profit most quickly?
